I've worked in a couple of nursing homes. They are so poorly staffed and under funded.

Lucky they have audits, so they can have their funding cut back even more. (These are actually called - Support Visits) If they really asked the staff about what was actually happening in them, then I'm sure they would find plenty more real issues, that reek a lot worse then urine. Personally I reckon they close the whole lot of them down, and set up properly goverment funded facillities and hire sufficient staff. GET RID OF THE OVER THE TOP-NEVER-ENDING & USELESS PAPERWORK, EMPLOY TRAINED NURSING STAFF - AND THEN GIVE THEM THE RESOURCES THEY NEED TO CARE FOR THE ELDERLY. (Wow - Did you just see the squadron of flying Pigs that just flew by as I was trying to describe how hopeless the "Aged Care Industry" is.)
