Terms of Reference

On 8 February 2007 the Senate, on the recommendation of the Selection of Bills Committee, referred the provisions of the Aged Care Amendment (Security and Protection) Bill 2007 to the Community Affairs Committee for inquiry and report by 14 March 2007.
